Mixed-Use Development

Mixed-use development combines multiple land uses on a single site, which can be either a single building or a single parcel of land. A mixed-use development might include residential, commercial, retail, cultural, institutional and/or light industrial uses. The variety of uses allows people to live, work, play and shop within a convenient, walkable area and creates a destination for people from other neighborhoods.
